Befor I start with your Tattoo, you have to sign a Concent Form. This you get from me and also a Leaflet about the proper treatment of Tattoos.

A parental Concent you get also from me, Signatures are locally.

I make no tattoos under 16 Yeras !

Neck, Head and Face are engraved at least 18 Years.

BEFORE YOUR TATTOO APPOITMENT

- Please note that I tätowiere no Persons who are under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol.

- You should at least one week before your Tattoo Appointment extreme Sunbathing or Solarium visit avoided.

- Come relaxed and well rested to your Tattoo Appointment.

- Try a little to eat something before you Tattoo Appoitment.

- Please let me know if you have taken any Medication.
